Instead of watching the Oscars, I ventured to Amante's in Northbeach to watch Carol Doda and others of her generation perform! For those non-SF natives of the 60's/70's (which includes me), she was the first dancer to go all nude in SF! Now-a-days, she performs fully clothed cabaret! Great times!
